I'm a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer with a specialization in weight loss. I also hold Level 1 Russian Kettlebell Certification and I'm currently loving kettlebell workouts! I get clients into the best shape of their lives with unique, upbeat and effective workouts to blast away fat and build muscle in all the right places. 


As a coach of functional movement and proponent of whole, nourishing food, my mission is to help people unlock their fitness potential, which builds self-confidence and translates into every aspect of daily life from career to relationships. I recognize that many clients may have a goal of losing weight, and that will happen, but I want our focus to be on building a strong, functional and healthy body.



All sessions are one hour and held at Swing Kettlebell School in San Francisco, CA.

An 8-week program is $200 and includes the following:

Provide 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations one hour or less before a scheduled session will result in the loss of that session.

Personal training sessions are one hour, beginning at the agreed upon time. If a client is late, the hour is not extended.
